I called  several weeks ago to inquire about RO service for my pool. I was so busy that I didn’t get a chance to follow back up with him and make an appointment. Fortunately, he gave me a call a few weeks later to let me know that he was going to be at another customer’s house nearby and asked if I was still interested in his service. I was, so I made an appointment. He showed up on time, got his trailer setup in no time, and monitored the process for a little while before leaving. I wasn’t home the next day when he packed up, but everything was cleaned up, he left me the final testing information, and locked up our backyard for us. Through out the process he kept in touch via text message. Overall, he provided great customer service and would recommend his RO service to anyone needing to bring their levels down.
